Compare bookibg sites for listing your property.
In this post, we will compare a few booking sites for houses.
On the internet was found many platforms for that and biggest the (in my opinion)...
1). Airbnb - There are plenty of choices, but prices (and AirBnB’s fees) have definitely started to increase since we started to use the platform in 2012. In fact, often AirBnB works out more expensive than getting a reasonable hotel.
2). Agoda.com - This lists apartments, vacation rentals, private villas, and bungalows, and there are almost a million properties to choose from. So you’ll have plenty of options to choose from.
3). Booking.com - the best place generally, we’ve found, for getting a great deal in any hotel anywhere in the world.
4). TripAdvisor - TripAdvisor Rentals have over 800,000 properties listed in 200 countries worldwide, so you will certainly have plenty of options to choose from. Plus obviously, there are lots of reviews to read through!
5). Vrbo.com - Whilst perhaps not as well known as Airbnb, these guys have over a million properties on their books and have been operating since 1996, a full 12 years longer than Airbnb.
Every site has a registration quest and some of their registration quests are not user-friendly hehehe....
let's start with compare Airbnb with other sites. We go to https://www.similarweb.com/ and choose to compare sites...
as we see the most popular
1) Booking.com with total visitors of 590M users.
2) Tripadvisor.com 173M total users +
3) Airbnb.com 98.4M users.
4) Agoda.com 57M users.
5) and Vrbo.com with 47.9M users but they have a partner site https://www.expedia.com with 96M visitors.
REGISTRATION and listing.
1) Airbnb - easy. the charge for lessors is 14-16 % for booking.
2) Agoda - complicated (problem phone verification). the charge for lessors is 15 - 20 % for booking.
3) Booking - easy. the charge for lessors is 10 - 25% for booking.
4) Tripadvisor - a bit complicated (no payout choice only PayPal and American Bank). charge 12 - 15%.
5) Vrbo - is not user-friendly. 5% per booking. Problem with add payout system. Not a clear process and too many documents like TAX forms.

Our favorite!
Of all the above, the first place we usually go to when planning a trip is booking.com. We have found that they have the best choice of properties, the search engine is easy to use, and you can filter by all sorts of categories and property features.
The fact that they cover apartments, hostels, and hotels, as well as a number of other lodging options, means we nearly always find what we’re looking for at a good price. Definitely worth checking out.
